hi there !!!
what u need to do is to set up the rvp protocol.!!
this is not installed by default when u choose the im service on e2k.
In ur e2k magmt window, expand server expand protocols and then create a
new im virtual server under instant messaging,then follow the instruction
as given in the wizard.
