When you say didn't work, what are you testing to see if it doesn't work. If
it's just that the other server didn't show up, then that's not the same thing.
X.400 is or message transfer. Since Exchange 200x. data lives in the Active
Directory and DNS, you'll need those to be able to see those servers in the AG
information of ESM.

To test X.400 connectors, you need to send a message to a X.400 recipient.

Any particular reason you want to use X.400 vs. SMTP (which is native in
Exchange 200x vs. 5.5 where X.400 was native format)? 'Cause it sounds like
this may be more difficult than it's worth based on the information so far.

  Al

Yes I have read , still didnt work
If i compare with 5.5 version, after configure x.400 we need to configure
directory replication service.
  1. do i need other configuration after x.400 . ?
  2. if x.400 succesfull configuration, can i see remote server in my local
server ? like 5.5 version , or there is no sign?
  thanks for your advice
