unable to send , able to Receive

dear All ,
i have here big Problem , my exchange server make something wrong , here
.
its receiving only, not sending .
if you asking me how i know that ? i will inform you .
i create Contact & enable forward all of my Emails which come to my
account to this contact .( yahoo.com ) . now i am in my home , from
hotmail account , i sent already message to my account in ( My
domain.com ) , and of course i will be able to see it in yahoo acount
after while .
but what i see is , i am unable completley to see this message on yahoo
. it means my exchange is not working or is not forwarding this messages
at all.
please any advice for this Problem will be highly appriciated .
