trying to use EXMERGE as backup tool

Hi,
I've tried using EXMERGE in batch mode, but always get
the same error about the MAILBOXES.TXT file.
The only one line in this file is
/o=edenedes/ou=EDEN-EDES/ou=People/cn=Jose Boscaroli
very similar to the examples I found in Technet.
However I got the following error messages:
[15:27:28] Error creating EntryID for
'/o=edenedes/ou=EDEN-EDES/ou=People/cn=Jose Boscaroli'
(GetMailboxInfoFromAB)
[15:27:28] Error accessing directory object for
'/o=edenedes/ou=EDEN-EDES/ou=People/cn=Jose
Boscaroli'. Ignoring this mailbox.
Any clue what's wrong?
