U have two network cards installed in the system. Upon booting system name
is bound to both the cards and card which initialises later complains this.
Disable WINS CLIENT for the external card.

i've follow you recommendation, and after disconnect the cable and trying to
ping the ip, get request time out. so i think there's no other computer
that using the ip address.
