system attendant - urgent

MessageHi all, i've just installed ex2k+sp3 on w2k as + sp3. Before i apply sp3
for ex2k,
all services for ex2k were running. then i apply sp3 for ex2k. after that i
check the
service in
A. event viewer - system, and there 3 service didn't run :
1. mta stack, event id : 7001
2. information system, event id : 7001
3. system attendant, event id : 7022
B. event viewer - application
1. msexchangemu, event id : 1002
2. msexchangesa, event id : 9004
3. msexchangesa, event id : 1005
at point A.3 the desc is :
the microsoft exhcange system attendant service hung on starting.
but if i start it manually, it's will be started and running. it's already set
to automatic start.
but won't start. anyone have idea and how to solve this problem ?
