Can he get in via OWA?
Have you tried recreating the profile?
If you look in ESM//Mailboxes? Does the mailbox appear normal? (That is,
no red checkmark.)

I have one guy who can't open up his outlook, no matter where he is.
However, he CAN log onto the domain. It appears as if his email box is
not mapped correctly any longer with his AD account.
Any ideas?
When he opens outlook, it repeatedly says "wrong username or password),
when I've verified that it's NOT the wrong username or password.
Strange!
