synchronizing calendars in Exchange 2003

Hi,
Our users have two calendars, one on the server and one in their "Personal
Folders". is there a way to keep the two calendars sync'd up so making a
change in one is reflected in the other? For example if using OWA when
away from the office and a change is made to a calendar (which only
updates their calendar housed on the server), then when they get back to
the office and sync up, their calendar in their personal folder is syncd
up?
Is there a way to select which one is the "default" calendar so when other
users send them invitations they go to their selected default calendar?
Currently it seems all invitations end up in the calendar which is in
their Personal Folder regardless.
