I have exchange 2000 and outlook 2000 & outlook XP. If I use 2 email address for each users and checking "have replied send to " option always will be very tedious for a users who sends or replies more than 20 mails per day. Is there an option where I can bring the FROM.... field in the message box and from where I just need to pickup the required email address Best Regards Shoeb Senior Network Engg. Any how a user cannot have more than one mailbox in Exchange 2000/2003, but can have multiple SMTP mail address. You haven't mentioned the Exchange and Outlook versions. Any how if u wants the reply to be send to some other SMTP address other than the address in from address of the message then follow these steps while sending the message. Go to message options -> check have replies send to -> select the name (reply is to be send) Thanks & Regards Manickam Annamalai, Engineer - Networking Satyam Computer Services-chennai Office : (044)24353221,Ex:3112 Web Site : www.satyam.com -----Original Message----- From: shoeb [mailto:shoeb@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx] Sent: Thursday, April 01, 2004 11:22 AM To: [ExchangeList] Subject: [exchangelist] setting up to reply address in exchange-outlook http://www.MSExchange.org/ Hi, Earlier we had a mdaemon mail server where few users had two profiles with 2 different email addresses in outlook. For example user john would have john@xxxxxxxxxxxx and john.juh@xxxxxxxxxxxx . In outlook he has two different profile for the two email addresses. So whenever he wants to send a mail with reply address john@xxxxxxxxxxxx he uses a john profile and whenever he wants to send mail using reply address john.juh@xxxxxxxxxxxx he uses john.juh profile. Now when we migrated our mail servers to exchange we had a problem in setting up the mails as above. Since in exchange there is only one primary email address which is the reply address, is there any way where a user sends a mail can choose a reply address. ?
