This is exactly what was happening. They were all sending to the postmaster. 
What types or faults should I check for? Where can I find the postmaster 
account? Is that the same as the system account? I mean, where in AD is this 
account if it is at all?

Chances are that the NDR's are sending to a Postmaster account. Ensure that 
there are no faults on the postmaster account.

I can't figure out why my smtp queue is constantly over filling. My message 
queue is full of postmaster@xxxxxxxxxx messages. Almost every message in the 
queue is from this address???Can someone please help, I don't understand what
