If it is E2k then OS must be w2k. In this case change user password
using AD users and computers mmc and ask her to use that to access her
mailbox.
 
this should work since e2k is tightly integrated with w2k.

i have one user that changed her password, unlucky 
she was forgot her password. now she ask me to change
if to her old password. how to see her password and get back from ex2k ?
