You can work with contacts.  Make a contact for each email address you
want to send and then put them in a distribution group and make all
these contacts members of this group.   Give an email address to this
distribution group and once you send an email to this group then a mail
should be sent automatically to each conact

If there is any good software that work as mass mailing through Exchange
2000, let me know.
