Hi
I found the way to fix it. The check box that says in folder other than
inbox, save replies with original message was on and turning it off
fixed the problem. Interesting it was on all time and never caused a
problem till recently. Might be an updated windows or outlook patch!!

Hi Ara,
Have you tried resetting the user's Outlook profile. It looks like the
user might have changed some settings related to forwarded message
saving.
