export address list offline

Hi,
We are using MSExchange Server 2003. Our organization has the name
evn.com.vn, but one of my branch has the name pc2.evn.com.vn. So I used the
SMTP connector to connect with it. Is there any way to export the address
list from our organization and then import them into the branch so that
users in that branch can see every one in our organization ?
This is urgent.
Please help.
