Server Certificate is grayed out because you have a cert already, if it is
damage you need to use certificate mmc to remove it before you can reissue a
new one.

I have problems with OWA's password, its damage the certificate, and I create
another certificate but dosen´t work
I do everything how indicate this site:

And when enter Directory Security not activate SERVER CERTIFICATE
Someone can help me please
