exchange logs

Hi all,
Running Exchange 2003 on Windows 2003. A client says that the exchange
server is not delivering some emails, i.e. most emails are being delivered
but every now and then some emails are being lost somewhere.
Are there any exchange mailserver logs I can look at, to tell what
messages were received, from whom, when received, and delivered to whom
and when delivered?
