What happens when you put dnsdiag in the same directory
(%windir%\system32\inetsrv) as isatq.dll and run it from there?

Subject: [exchangelist] dnsdiag on Exchange server

http://www.MSExchange.org/

I have installed the server 2003 resource kit on a server 2003 SP,
Exchange 2003 SP1 system and am getting the following error when trying
to run dnsdiag:

This application has failed to start because ISATQ.dll was not found.
Re-installing the application may fix the problem.

Any ideas?
