I'm getting messages (in the application event log), to the effect of "A new TCP/IP SMTP connection has been received from host w.x.y.z", where w.x.y.z. is sometimes a location far far away and not likely to be a valid user. Is this message telling me a successful connection has been made to the server or just an attempt? |
