Word Password Recovery

Any know of a good site to get info or how to recovery forgotten
password for Word 2002 (Office XP). I this is an Exhange list but
wondering if any may have any insight. I am currently using a freebie
brute force application. I am wondering if there is some hidden back
door in Word to remove/change the password so the document can be open
again..and no it's not my file.
