Web Collaboration port 80???

I'm running OWA and an Intranet on the same box. OWA defaults to port 80
which is configured at our firewall to reach the outside world. I had to
change the port for our Intranet but now I can not get the Web
Collaboration feature to work. Does anyone know a work-around to get Web
collaboration to work on a port other than 80?
