Check to make sure your "Schedule+ Free Busy" folder is showing up in
the system public folder list. The permission for this folder should be
Default - Editor.

Hi all,
I run Windows 2000 server and all the clients use outlook 2000 as the
client software. From time to time i notice that majority of my clients
get this error message saying "unable to update free/busy data" i am at
a loss on what to do to solve this problem. Could anyone please help me
out.
