Yes when you install Exchange it puts a version of NTbackup that is Exchange
aware. Also post SP3 NT 4 NTbackup was Exchange aware.

I was not aware that when installing Exchange 2000, it added additional
function to NTBackup.
Is this also true for Exchange 5.5?

Hi all,
The log files in my MDBDATA directory is taking up lots of space.
How can I purge this files without causing any damage to my Exchange server.
I noticed E2k does not have the performance optimizer function of the 5.5
version.
Please help as I am running out of disk space.
