Tested needed from Exchange 2003 OWA

Exchange 2000 OWA uses BASE64 encoding by default for message bodies. This
causes it to be caught by some anti spam programs.
I need some one to send me a message from Exchange 2003 OWA so I can test
for this and check the header.
