Task Pad for Assistant

Ok I did the delegation in AD
but tell me more about
create a Task Pad - where do I do that in Outlook? I am sorry if this sounds
like a totally stupid question - but it is Friday - I think.

Hey list
I was so excited and then I downloaded the little module - it only
lets me change my own record - no others.
I need something that lets an assistant get into the Active Directory
contacts and change email addresses without having to come to the server room
every time -
am I looking for a pie in the sky solution or is there something out
there that will do that?
