Spam report

Hello, I would like to check how much spam we get, without disturbing the
mailtraffic. I know that I can use a gate or software on Exchange. This
could result in other problems (technical).
Can a run any reportmanager, or can Exchange send a copy of every mail to
a spam software? If it is possible, the decision of buying a spam-software
would be easier.
