Try using Mdbvu32 tool from the Support\Utils\I386 folder that are located
on the Microsoft Exchange Server compact disc:
Read the document carefully before working on mdbvu32 coz its directly
accessing the Information store.

I removed all my rules and restarted Outlook and STILL experience the same slowdown. What is the world is causing this? It's only the inbox.
