I have had them set for awhile now and have not found any difference for
acceptance of emails. For example I have a dynamic IP address that has a
reverse lookup and an SPF record registered, but Microsoft still insists
on blocking any email I send from my domain due to the fact its dynamic.
They do not take into account any other factor other then that. So from
that perspective SPF is useless :)
