[MS Messenger Server] Service Problem

Friends,
I am using MS Messenger in my Network with Exchange 2000 SP3 (in a
Windows 2000 SP3) and I am found problems with the Messenger Server.
My Messenger clients do not inform the logon or logout of other users
(only with a new logon). So I deleted the RVP Server and create its again.
After that, my Messenger clients can not logon (Messenger database problem???).
Please, help me. Below more informations:

3) DNS records
3.1) Alias Record

3.2) SRV Record
Create and configure a Domain Name System (DNS) service location (SRV) record:

Start the DNS.
Click the zone that you want.
Right-click that zone, point to Other New Records, point to Service Location,
and then click Create record.
In the Service box, type _rvp.
In the Protocol box, type _tcp.
In the Priority box, type 0.
In the Weight box, type 0.
In the Port Number box, type 80.
In the Host offering this service box, type the FQDN (im.brisa.org.br)of the
server.
