If the new server is in the same exchange site the clients will
automatically update their own profiles as long as you leave the current
server on while the users login and open outlook.

You could also use profgen from the exchange server resource kit which
allows you to script mapi profiles

I hope this helps.

Subject: [exchangelist] Script out Outlook Client Properties

http://www.MSExchange.org/ - Re-Vamped!

We use Exchange Corporate email as the installation for our client machines.
We are anticipating moving the mailboxes from one server to another that has
a different name. Does anyone know how we could add something to the login
scripts of our clients that would automatically change the name of the
Exchange server in their Outlook client properties on each user's computer?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Joann
