I asume you need outlook for this. I am looking for a solution which can be implemented on a dedicated server, which doesn't have outlook installed.

Are there such solutions?

There's several sites that have CDO codes for Outlook to do this. Here's one of them.

Subject: [ExchangeList] Save attachments to network share (unattended)

Hi,

I am looking for a tool or script which allows me to check a mailbox or public folder for mail and save the attachments to a network share.

For a project we are receiving an email twice a day, which should ultimately be stored on a unix system so the content of the attachment can be read into our database. Are there any standalone tools which can do this on windows or unix?

Exchange 2003 SP2

Regards,
Jeroen
