Hi Praveen,

 

By default the recipient policy will stamp the mail address based on
your domain name, and while installing the domain if you have given the
name is capital letter; the users will be stamped with domain name as
Caps letter.

 

Definitely, you can use the recipient policy to change the domain name
in the smtp mail address to small. Either edit the existing policy or
add new one.

Please do not forget to right click and apply this policy. Now got to
RUS and right click rebuild.

 

Wait for some times and let's replicate the settings.

Hi,

 

When i send mail from my exchange server, my e-mail id is displayed as
myname@xxxxxxxxxx i want this to be displayed as myname@xxxxxxxx (i want
my domain name to be in small letter) How do i change this. I tried in
recipent policy but did not help..
