I have tested Symantec's SMTP Gateway and without adding DNS Blacklists
I get about 55-65% SPAM capture with a high rate of false positives.

Also it only has a global blacklist.

Check Symantec SMTP Gateway. But be careful with black lists and
additional traffic which will narrow down your total Internet bandwidth.
