SMTP quene growing and growing

My SMTP quene is growing now to about 30 days long in waiting. Lots of
messages that just sit there (no internal messages though).
Is there any way of letting the SMTP quene know that it should delete
anything in it's quene that hasn't been sent in 15 minutes??
