SAV/Filtering for Exchange - blocking senders??

Hello,
I have problem with SAV. When I type to the blocklist domain for example
@microsoft.com or user bill@xxxxxxxxxxxxx, so Antivirus don´t block this
emails!! Why??! Blocking by the subjekt line works properly and blocking by the
sender works, if I type name, which email show. I mean John Travolta
[john@xxxxxxxxx]. Can you help me??!
