Devon,

It is not possible to recover deleted items from personal folders files
as far as I know. The difference between pst's deleted items and mailbox
deleted items is that items deleted from a mailbox are saved for a
couple of days (depends on how you set that up in exchange)  and deleted
items in pst's are deleted completely when you empty the deleted items
bin.
