Thanks guys. Got hold of the tool and it worked like a flash, but only v2.1 does the wildcard option.

just out of interest, any reason why this cannot be done thru recipient policy?

I would recommend getting it from the gotdotnet site, as the versions we hold on our ftp site are not always the latest.

They will not be deleted, Recipient Policies only add or modify they do not delete, you will need to use ADModify to remove the addresses from the user accounts.

Guys,

We implemented a new recipient policy yesterday to reflect our new domain.

Now my boss wants us to take it off. I have gone through the steps  and deleted new  policy created, but nothing seems to happen. The email address still exist for all the users.

Help.
