I can't see how you can stop the recipient from forwarding on the
attachment...what stops them from saving it to a floppy disk then
mailing it?
 
Can the attachment be sent in "PDF" format?...this would make it
harder to modify...although probably not impossible.

Sorry for being slightly off the exchange topic.

 

I need to send an attachment to someone that they are only allowed to read
and print.

 

I also do not want them to be able to forward the attachment onwards.

 

Does anyone know if there is a way of doing this with Outlook?
