Read and Delivery

Hi all,

Is there an easy way to turn off the Delivery and Read Receipts in 
Exchange 2000?
I have unchecked the "Allow Delivery Reports" in the Exchange System 
Manager/Global Settings/Internet Message Formats and that doesn't do anything.
