Public Folder Replication Exchange 2003

Hi
We have a problem with Public Folder replication of contents.
Had Exchange 2003 (mixed mode) installed on Windows 2003, Exchange 5.5.
There is a two-way ADC connector for Public folders from 5.5 to E2k3.
I installed another Exchange 2003 server on Windows 2003 in the same site.
Public folders have the new server as a replica as well but there is no
contents being replicated.
Also moved some users to the new server and these people are unable to see
the contents of these public folders.
What do I need to do to replicate the contents, both public folders and
system folders.
