Problems with exchange 5.5. and upgrade nt 4..0 trial

Hello all 
 
We have a server with the next blue screen *** STOP 0x00000098
(0x647CDCB0,0x01BC9900,0x0002A300,0x00000000)
END_OF_NT_EVALUATION_PERIOD, we want to apply the Q173507, but  I want
to know how tis could affect exchange 5.5.
