i have the same idea with Mark, and i think you need rebuild Offline Address
Book.

Sounds like you have it running in Cache Mode, and have a problem with
the Offline Address Book.
Open the properties for your Mailbox Store and make sure an Offline
Address Book is specified.

I Install Exchange 2003 with SP1 on Windows 2003 with SP1. users use
Microsoft Outlook 2000/XP no problems but users use Mirosoft Outlook
2003 have erro as follow:
Task 'Microsoft Exchange Server' reported erro (0x8004010F) : ' The
operation failed. AN object could not be found.
Can you help me!
