Re::Problem with Exchange 5.5 Restore

Hi,
We have exchange 5.5 configured on Windows 2000 Server.
The problem is that I am restoring the backup from Tape to disk and it is
taking a whole lot of time.
The Backup time for Database was near 50-55 min for near about 9-10 GB of
data.
Restore is not going smoothly, it has copied approx. 500 MB in 1 hour.
Please help.
