[ExchangeList] Outlook client users' attachments not showing

I have four users running Outlook 2007 under XP Pro SP2 who will click to attach a file and the attachments do not show up in the pane. When the message is sent, however, the attachments are there.

 

This happens randomly (about once a day or every other). It does not matter which field the cursor is in; however I have not heard of any other complaints from other users.

 

Any ideas?
