Outlook Junkmail Filter

 We have email coming in from our own database alerts that are being
flagged as spam by the Outlook 2003 client.  Is there a setting at the
Exchange server level to 'whitelist' that address that will propagate to
the Outlook 2003 clients?  Or do we have to have everyone manually add
that sender to their 'safe sender's list'.
