Outlook 2003 Client resending emails multiple times

After reviewing the Message board i was unable to find an answer to my
post.
I have an Outlook 2003 Client whose pst keeps resending emails out to
receipents.
I thought it had something to do with having USE CACHED EXCHANGE MODE
check in the users Outlook configuration but that does not seem to be the
solution.
Does anyone have any recommendations?
