Outgoing E-mail

Hi all,

This is my first post to this list as I am new to MS Exchange 2000. I have
set it up in one of my client's server and now I have the following
problem. My client has Dial-Up connection to Internet and the E-mails are
checked periodically using a little program called IGetMail which look for
E-mail every two hours and fetch them to Exchange... that works fine, but
when someone from inside the company tries to send a E-mail marked as High
Priority, the system doesn't connect to the Internet but throws an
"Undelivered message".

How can I tell Exchange to connect to the Internet to send right away
every High Priority E-mail instead of placing it into the queue or try to
send it being off-line?

Thanks,
