I did rebase. I also uninstalled the patch, then rebased again per
Microsoft.

It doesn't matter how you apply the updates.

It does matter that you still need to run the rebasing tool.

Here's some useful info re: the OWA issue:

http://blogs.msdn.com/stephen_griffin/archive/2007/02/21/poof-your-calender-
really.aspx
<http://blogs.msdn.com/stephen_griffin/archive/2007/02/21/poof-your-calender
-really.aspx> Particularly this from one of the comments: "Try going to
one of the items in OWA that you think isn't rendering right and change the
subject. Doing this from OWA will force re-expansion for the item. If that
doesn't fix the problem for this item, then you're not seeing a problem that
Poof would address."

I tried changing the subject for recurring appointments via OWA on my own
calendar and it worked.

I read in some forum that if you fully patch outlook, windows and exchange
using wsus, you don't have to go through this. Is that true? Errrr....

I got through to them last Friday. I was having an odd issue running the
exchange rebasing tool and I never closed the ticket and have been emailing
back and forth with the engineer since everything they seem to be telling me
is not turning out was expected.

I guess I'm lucky I have all their instructions in writing.

Wow, you got thru to Exchange support at Microsoft? I've been waiting about

Since apply all the patches in the order MS suggested, OWA is still off by 1
hour for the three week period. I have been working with MS on this with no
help and I just wanted to know what other folks were having the same issues?

Thanks.
