Is this not related to the fact that you have been blocked due to the fact that the recipient server is trying to do a reverse lookup and you don't have the cname of the sending smtp server registered in your external DNS. Or are you performing a reverse DNS lookup and finding that people sending to you do not have the sending smtp cname registered?
