Are you backing up the Storage Group or the individual Stores? Are you performing a Full backup? Do you have any file-level anti-virus software on the Exchange server and is it configured not to scan the Exchange DB's and Log files? However the exchange logs just seem to be accumulating. I thought they should be cleared out when I run a backup.
