Reporting software such as http://www.quest.com/messagestats/.

Or you can use a script here exports message tracking logs into access db and you can sort/filter.

Subject: [ExchangeList] Mail filtering domain wise

Dear All-

We are using exchange 2003 and outlook 2003 ..My Seniors need see know all the mail going to and coming from a domain ( @abc.com)( from any user )  . preferably in separate folder domain wise in their mail boxes .. How do i accomplish that

I tried to create Archive mail box ( to take copy of the mail flowing in and out exchange server ) and creating rules domain wise .. but only mails sent to that domain are going to that folder .

do we have any other way of doing it
